Château de Fonsalette Côtes-du-Rhône Rouge 2014

Château des Tours has its own winery, however the Fonsalette wines are made at Rayas. The Fonsalette estate is just outside Châteauneuf-du-Pape, near the village of Lagarde-Paréol. The estate comprises 120 hectares, of which 12 are planted to vines, with the rest farmland, woodland and olive groves (from which they also produce their own olive oil). Two red Côtes du Rhône wines are made: a single-vineyard Syrah and a Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault blend.
