Description
To craft this crisp, fruit forward Pinot Grigio, the wine was fermented in stainless steel using cultured yeast to enhance the tropical aromas in the wine. A dash of Arneis (7%) was added to the final blend to contribute some lifted complexity and mid palate weight.
