Kaesler Reach For The Sky Shiraz 2021

A composed blend of grenache (39%), shiraz (32%) and mourvèdre (29%), flush with ripe plummy fruit alongside some red cherry lift and hints of purple flowers, spice, meaty mourvèdre nuance, olive tapenade, black tea and earth. Chalky tannin and acidity lend the wine a savoury end shape despite the purity of fruit, finishing with a touch of ginger spice inflection on the dark plum and berry fruits.
