A blend of 68/32% pinot noir/chardonnay. Pale in the glass with an energetic bead and mousse. Aromas of green apple, grapefruit and lemon tones combine with hints of riverstone, white flowers, toasting brioche, lemon curd, white chocolate and liminal suggestions of mushroom broth and nougat. Dry, focused and pure with nice tension and interplay between the pure apple and citrus fruits and the minerally acidity, finishing long with memories of spiced apples.
