This wine is crafted in two distinct batches—one utilising reductive winemaking techniques in stainless steel, and the other wild-fermented using the vineyard's natural yeasts, with oxidative aging in seasoned French oak barriques. The result is a harmonious blend of complexity and nuanced character.
