Patrick Piuze Terroir de Fye Chablis 2024

Chablis is the region that welcomed me, where I founded my family and which allowed me to express my passion: creating wines.

The Chablis region has the unique characteristic of producing wines that are all different.

Our aim is to find our wine identity within this diverse terroir. Chardonnay is a wonderful way to express the diversity of this subsoil.

We make every effort to protect and preserve the quality of the grapes we buy from meticulous winegrowers by harvesting the plots we choose ourselves.

The Fyé parcel sits on the right bank of the Serein, alongside the sub-climate Chapelot within 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre — Grand Cru Blanchots directly across the slope. A village-level designation with a Grand Cru address: 2.5 hectares of Kimmeridgian limestone with minimal clay topsoil, producing wines far more mineral and linear than the appellation tier alone suggests.
